Vibrant BLAT with a healthy twist by Arnott’s Vita-Weat and Taste.com.au.
Ingredients:
  • 2 short cut bacon rashers, halved
  • 4 Vita-Weat 9 grains crisp breads
  • 1/2 small ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • Handful baby spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat a small non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook the bacon for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Lay out the Arnott’s Vita-Weat 9 grains crisp breads and distribute the bacon evenly among them. Add tomato slices, avocado, more bacon, and baby spinach leaves on top. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
