Crispy cauliflower crust pizza topped with bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato for a delicious twist on gluten-free pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 1 CAULIPOWER® Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup fresh arugula
  • 0.25 cup fresh spinach
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful basil mayonnaise.
  • Drizzle pizza generously with half of the flavorful mayo mixture, then add a layer of fresh tomatoes on top.
  • After 5 minutes in the preheated oven, add a layer of arugula, spinach, and bacon on top. Bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Layer pizza with fresh, creamy avocado slices and generously drizzle with the rest of the flavorful basil mayonnaise.
