Blistered Tomatoes with Herbs

Karen Mordechai's quick and delicious side dish from Sunday Suppers enhances any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pints whole cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup fresh sage leaves
  • 6 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed
  • 6 sprigs fresh oregano, leaves removed
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil and arrange cherry tomatoes on top.
  • Sprinkle tomatoes with sage and thyme, set aside 1 tablespoon of each for garnish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes until tomatoes blistered. Enjoy!
  • Transfer tomatoes from the foil to a bowl, including all juices. Sprinkle with extra fresh thyme, sage, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste, then enjoy!
