Delicious spread perfect for whole-wheat biscuits or celery sticks.
Ingredients:
  • 150g creamy blue cheese, at room temperature, crumbled
  • 125g (1/2 cup) sour light cream
  • 70g (about 3) fresh dates, pitted, finely chopped
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, smooth the cheese using a fork until creamy.
  • Combine the sour light cream and dates using a spoon until thoroughly mixed. Season generously with salt and pepper.
