Blueberry and pineapple in raspberry jello, topped with cream cheese - a fruity and creamy dessert delight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Mix the hot water with the gelatin until fully dissolved. Gently fold in the pineapple and blueberry pie filling. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate until set.
  • Blend the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla until well combined. Gently spread over the set gelatin. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
