Easy, make-ahead blueberry sorbet - a cool summer delight.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
Instructions:
  • In a food processor bowl, blend blueberries, sugar, water, lemon zest, and juice until smooth puree forms.
  • Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 30 minutes as per the manufacturer's instructions. Once done, transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
