Satisfy cravings with irresistible sticky chicken wings.
Ingredients:
  • 187.50 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 206.25 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 20.00 ml sesame oil
  • 2cm piece ginger, finely grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 24 chicken wings
  • 24.00 gm sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • In a large ceramic dish, mix together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, honey, oil, ginger, and garlic. Add chicken wings and coat them with the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. 2. Place the chicken wings on the prepared trays. Discard any excess marinade. 3. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken wings. 4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, switching trays halfway through, until the wings are golden brown. 5. Serve the wings hot or cold.
