Tangy lemon and blackberry liqueur create a sweet-tart explosion.
Ingredients:
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100ml water
  • 500ml gin
  • 375ml lemon juice
  • Crushed ice
  • 125ml creme de mure
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, set over high heat, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes while stirring, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Mix together the sugar syrup, gin, and lemon juice in a jug until well combined.
  • Fill serving glasses generously with crushed ice. Evenly distribute the refreshing gin mixture among glasses. Add a generous amount of extra ice for the perfect chill. Pour the luscious Creme de Mure evenly among glasses and serve immediately for a delightful treat.
