Tender breaded pork chops, perfectly seasoned and juicy. Great for a crowd or a cozy meal at home.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.125 cup milk
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
  • 6 (3/4 inch thick) center cut pork chops
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In separate bowls, prepare the ingredients: place the flour in one bowl, combine eggs and milk in another bowl, and place bread crumbs in a third bowl. Stir lemon pepper, parsley, garlic powder, dill, and Italian-style seasoning into the bread crumbs.
  • Coat the chops in flour, removing any excess, then dip in the egg and milk mixture, and generously coat with bread crumbs.
  • Place the chops in a generously greased 9x13 inch baking dish and add water to barely cover the bottom.
  • Bake at current temperature for 40 minutes, then lower heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
