Creamy cacao banana oatmeal smoothie with almonds for a satisfying breakfast boost.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • Process oats and almonds in a coffee grinder until finely ground. In a blender, combine soy milk and banana until smooth. Add ground oats, almonds, cacao powder, and cocoa powder; blend until silky, for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
