Wholesome breakfast shake with wheatgerm and ripe banana for a nourishing energy kick.
Ingredients:
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 40.00 ml wheatgerm
  • 515.00 gm reduced fat milk
  • 200g tub 99% fat-free banana yoghurt
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled, halved
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, yogurt, bananas, honey, and wheatgerm in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until velvety smooth. Transfer the luscious mixture into elegant serving glasses and indulge in decadence.
