Indulgent layers of ricotta, mozzarella, and Cheddar cheese with seasoned beef in a savory tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint ricotta cheese
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and serve.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cook seasoned beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned; drain any excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce and garlic, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Mix together the mozzarella, Cheddar, and ricotta in a medium bowl until well combined. In a 9x13 inch pan, layer noodles, meat mixture, and cheese mixture alternately until the pan is full.
  • Place in a piping hot oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
