Create delicious beef brisket rolls effortlessly with this easy 3-step shortcut recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 60g pea
  • 100g sugar snap peas, trimmed, halved horizontally
  • 50g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml chives, finely chopped
  • 42.40 gm coleslaw dressing
  • 500g Made Easy Slow Cooked Beef Brisket With BBQ Sauce
  • 4 Light Rye Sourdough Rolls, halved horizontally
Instructions:
  • In a medium heatproof bowl, combine thawed peas and sugar snap peas. Pour boiling water over the peas and let sit for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Return peas to the bowl and toss with onion, chives, and coleslaw dressing until well mixed. Season to taste.
  • Prepare the brisket according to the packet instructions, then shred it using two forks. Mix it thoroughly with the BBQ sauce mixture included in the packet.
  • Arrange the roll bases on plates, layer with pea coleslaw, brisket, and top with the roll tops. Enjoy!
