Elevate your pasta with flavorful broccoli, chili, and anchovy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 375g spiral pasta
  • 400g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 75.08 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes (optional)
  • Grated parmesan, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until tender. Add broccoli in the last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain, saving 1/4 cup of the liquid.
  • In a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat, heat oil. Add garlic, anchovies, and chili. Cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add pasta and reserved cooking liquid. Season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan on top.
