Indulge in a decadent trifecta of pumpkin pie, cheesecake, and pecan pie fusion for the ultimate holiday treat.
Ingredients:
  • Crust:
  • 0.5 (14.4 ounce) package graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 8 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 0.66666668653488 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Crush graham crackers in a zip-top bag until fine. Combine with melted butter and firmly press into the base of a springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, whip together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla using an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Spread 1 cup of the filling evenly over the crust.
  • Combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon with the remaining filling and beat until fully incorporated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  • Simply bake in the oven that's been preheated for 35 minutes.
  • While the pie is baking, vigorously whisk the egg until foamy, then stir in brown sugar, melted butter, white sugar, milk, and nuts.
  • Take the pie out of the oven and generously drizzle the topping over it. Pop it back into the oven and bake until the topping is a beautiful golden brown, which should take about 10 to 15 minutes.
