Brooke McLay’s refreshing Melon Rumballa cocktail lightens up your day with a sparkling twist.
Ingredients:
  • Honey
  • Turbinado sugar (raw sugar)
  • 1 cup cantaloupe melon balls
  • 1 cup honeydew melon balls
  • 1 cup watermelon melon balls
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 cup sugar-free ginger ale, chilled
  • 3 oz (6 tablespoons) rum
  • Splash coconut water
  • Cocktail picks
Instructions:
  • Gently dip the rims of 2 drinking glasses in honey and then coat them with sugar for a sweet finish.
  • Place perfectly ripe melon balls in each glass, followed by a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice. Pour a mix of zesty ginger ale and rum into each glass and finish off with a refreshing splash of coconut water. Serve with cocktail picks for a fun twist while enjoying your melon ball cocktails.
