Summer Berry Crisp: Juicy mix of fresh raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries topped with a buttery brown sugar oat crumble.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1.5 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1.5 cups cold butter, cubed
Instructions:
  • Collect all your delicious ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • In a spacious bowl, delicately mix blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and white sugar; let it sit.
  • In a big bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Use 2 knives or a pastry blender to cut in the butter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
  • Evenly layer half of the crumble mixture in the 9x13-inch pan.
  • Spread the berry mixture evenly, then generously sprinkle the rest of the crumble on top.
  • Bake until the fruit is bubbly and the top is golden brown, for 30-40 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Top with a dollop of fluffy whipped cream to indulge in!
