Savory baked rice with beef broth, French onion soup and herbs - an ideal side for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect cooking temperature.
  • Mix rice, broth, soup, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and basil in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Bake covered for 1 hour, giving it a stir halfway through.
