Bubble pizza with biscuit crust topped with savory ground beef, pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, and zesty pizza sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.25 pound sliced pepperoni sausage
  • 1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 2 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 0.5 onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 (10 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Get your ingredients ready, then preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large, deep skillet, sizzle the ground beef until crumbly and evenly browned over medium-high heat. Add pepperoni and continue cooking and stirring until browned.
  • Discard any extra fat, then mix in the pizza sauce. Take off the heat and set aside.
  • Cut each piece of dough into quarters and arrange at the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Evenly layer the savory meat mixture on top of the dough, then generously sprinkle with aromatic onion, briny olives, and earthy mushrooms.
  • After baking uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, generously sprinkle the top with a delightful mix of mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, for an extra 5 to 10 minutes. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
