Buddy's super-quick flatbreads

Effortless flatbreads that require no resting time for the dough and can be customized with endless topping possibilities. Let your creativity run wild!
Ingredients:
  • 100 g self-raising flour plus extra for dusting
  • 4 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • unsalted butter to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. In a bowl, pour the flour and make a well in the middle. Add the yoghurt and mix with clean hands until a dough forms. 2. Wash and dry your hands, then dust work surface and hands with flour. 3. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and stretch or roll each to ½cm thickness. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 5. Carefully cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and puffed. 6. Remove from the pan and spread a knob of butter on top, melting with the back of a spoon. 7. Enjoy plain, with sweet toppings, eggs, or alongside a curry. The possibilities are endless!
