Elevate your menu with zesty buffalo chicken salad.
Ingredients:
  • 12 chicken tenders or 2 large chicken breasts cut lengthways in 2cm strips
  • 19.20 gm sea salt
  • 20.00 ml minced garlic
  • 260.00 gm hot chilli sauce
  • 2 large carrots, grated or shaved into ribbons with vegetable peeler
  • 3 large celery sticks, thinly sliced
  • 1 red delicious apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 200g mixed leaf salad
  • 132.50 gm Deli Style Ranch Dressing
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix salt, garlic, and chili sauce. Toss chicken strips in the mixture until coated. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Line a baking tray with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with cooking oil, then place the chicken on it. Bake for 10 minutes, flip the chicken, spray with cooking oil again, and bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Combine the shaved carrots, sliced celery, apple, and mixed leaves in a bowl. Add the chicken strips and drizzle with Praise Deli Style Ranch dressing.
