Indulge in a creamy, cheesy Buffalo chicken soup - a tasty twist on classic Buffalo wings! Perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 0.75 cup half-and-half cream
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup buffalo wing sauce, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add celery and onion; cook until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook until absorbed, about 2 minutes. Gradually combine half-and-half and water.
  • Sprinkle in bouillon and mix until fully dissolved. Combine chicken, Cheddar cheese, and Buffalo wing sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.
