Flavorful butter-braised brussel sprouts.
Ingredients:
  • 450g brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthways
  • 100g water
  • 60g butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add brussels sprouts, water, and butter. Season with salt. Simmer and stir occasionally for about 8 minutes until brussels sprouts are crisp-tender and water has evaporated.
  • Cook until the brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, around 6 minutes, ensuring they are not mushy.
