Universal Orlando's famous Butterbeer: foamy, spicy, and creamy delight inspired by Harry Potter books, perfected after two years of secret recipe development.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon butterscotch topping
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 6 (12-ounce) cans or bottles cream soda, chilled
Instructions:
  • Chill 6 mugs or pint glasses in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. While chilling, make the whipped topping by mixing cream, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Then, add butterscotch topping and lemon juice and beat until soft peaks form.
  • Fill a mug with 1 can of cream soda and add a dollop of approximately 2 tablespoons of whipped topping on top. Serve right away.
