Elevate frozen ravioli with vibrant plating for a delectable dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 to 5 slices prosciutto (about 2 oz)
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) frozen butternut squash ravioli
  • Chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a skillet, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook prosciutto until crispy, then chop into small pieces using a sharp knife. Transfer to a small bowl.
  • Prepare butternut squash ravioli following the instructions on the package.
  • Add the rest of the olive oil, orange juice, orange peel, and salt to the bowl with the prosciutto; whisk until smooth and combined.
  • Combine the prosciutto mixture with cooked ravioli in a large serving bowl. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh basil and serve right away.
