Indulgent honey-inspired treats with marshmallows, chocolate, and crispy rice cereal.
Ingredients:
  • 35g (1 cup) rice bubbles
  • 25g butter
  • 40g (1/2 cup) white marshmallows
  • Vegetable oil, to grease
  • 50g dark choc melts
  • 40 flaked almonds
Instructions:
  • Combine the rice bubbles in a large bowl. In a small saucepan, gently melt the butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and the butter has melted.
  • Combine the butter mixture with the rice bubbles, stirring until fully incorporated. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes to cool.
  • Prepare a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Grease your hands with oil. Shape heaped teaspoonfuls of the rice bubble mixture into ovals using your hands. Arrange them on the tray. Score the rice bubble shapes lengthwise using a small sharp knife.
  • Add the chocolate melts to a sealable plastic bag and place the bag in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium/500watts/50%, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Cut a small hole in one corner of the bag and drizzle the chocolate over the rice bubble shapes. Place 2 flaked almonds on each shape for wings. Allow to set for 15 minutes before serving.
