Zesty cabbage pico de gallo with Roma tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 6 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 2 bunches cilantro, chopped
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
  • Combine the cabbage, tomatoes, onions, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a large bowl, ensuring all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Chill the bowl covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
