  • ¼ of a red cabbage (250g)
  • ½ a bunch of coriander or mint (15g)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange
  • extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Finely slice the cabbage, chop the herbs, then combine them in a bowl. Squeeze in lime and orange juice, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well, season to taste, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. Great for tacos with slow-cooked pork belly, black beans, cheese, green salsa, and roasted pineapple with hot red pepper sauce.
