Cacao and coconut chia 'pudding'

Indulge in Courtney Roulston's decadent cacao coconut chia pudding for a tasty antioxidant and protein-rich treat!
Ingredients:
  • 150g Brand White Chia Seeds
  • 82.50 ml cacao powder
  • 2.50 gm Brand Ground Cinnamon
  • 625ml soy milk
  • 400ml can coconut milk
  • 82.50 ml Organic Dark Agave Nectar
  • 250g Greek-style yoghurt
  • 250g fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 125.00 ml roughly chopped pistachios
Instructions:
  • Combine the chia seeds, cacao powder, cinnamon, soy milk, coconut milk, and agave syrup in a large bowl. Stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir in half of the yoghurt into the chia mixture until well combined. Serve the mixture in individual bowls and top with the remaining yoghurt, strawberries, and pistachios. Enjoy!
