Kid-friendly chocolate coconut bliss balls without nuts.
Ingredients:
  • 90g rolled oats
  • 40.00 ml cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 12 pitted fresh dates
  • 80g desiccated coconut
  • 54.00 gm Maple Syrup
  • 13.60 gm desiccated coconut, extra to coat
Instructions:
  • Blend rolled oats, cacao/cocoa powder, dates, desiccated coconut, and maple syrup in a food processor until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
  • Spread an additional 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut on a plate. Shape 2-tablespoons of the mixture into balls and roll them in coconut to coat evenly. Chill on a lined tray in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
