Indulgent chocolate crackers transformed into guilt-free bliss balls - ideal for a satisfying snack or wholesome treat.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml puffed rice
  • 42.50 gm desiccated coconut
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 62.50 ml dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 150.00 gm hulled tahini
  • 84.38 gm maple syrup
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • Shape level tablespoons of the mixture into smooth balls and place them on a plate. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
