Caesar dressing

Classic Caesar salad dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 11.80 gm dijon mustard
  • 1 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 113.75 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. 2. Gently place the egg in the boiling water. 3. Boil for 1 minute. 4. Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the egg from the water. 5. Rinse the egg under cold water until cooled.
  • In a small ceramic bowl, crack an egg and add vinegar, mustard, anchovy, and garlic. Whisk until fully combined.
  • While whisking constantly, slowly drizzle oil into the vinegar mixture until thickened.
