Elevate your salads with this glamorous summer dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1.20 gm sea salt
  • Pinch white pepper
  • 227.50 gm olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
  • 12.20 gm worcestershire sauce
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper in a glass or ceramic bowl. Whisk vigorously. Slowly drizzle in half of the oil, one teaspoon at a time, while whisking continuously until fully combined, approximately 15 minutes.
  • Slowly pour in the remaining oil in a steady stream while whisking continuously. Gradually add 2 tablespoons of warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and keep whisking until well combined.
  • Combine minced garlic, finely chopped anchovy fillets, Worcestershire sauce, and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
