Ingredients:
  • 4 shortcut rindless bacon rashers, chopped
  • 81.68 gm light mayonnaise
  • 2.95 gm dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 500.00 ml shredded cooked chicken
  • 30g shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 4 sheets wholemeal lavash bread
Instructions:
  • Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon, stirring occasionally, until crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic in a bowl. Mix well. Add bacon, chicken, parmesan, and lettuce. Toss until combined. Spread lettuce mixture evenly on lavash sheets. Roll up tightly to seal the filling. Cut each roll in half. Enjoy!
