Quick and versatile lunch perfect for on-the-go or outdoor dining.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 small whole wheat mini wraps
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, trimmed, torn
  • 65.63 gm caesar dressing
  • 200g thinly sliced Ingham Chicken Breast Supreme
  • 82.50 ml shaved parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear prosciutto slices for 1 minute on each side until golden and crispy. Pat dry on paper towels and tear into large pieces.
  • Lay wraps on a tidy work surface. Arrange lettuce down the middle of each wrap. Generously drizzle with dressing, then layer with chicken, prosciutto, and cheese. Roll up tightly to seal the delicious filling. Enjoy!
