Whip up delicious Chicken Caesar wraps in minutes using leftover shredded chicken for a quick and satisfying lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 slice bacon
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 0.25 cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon Caesar's Salad Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large flour tortilla
Instructions:
  • Cook a savory bacon slice in a spacious skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until beautifully browned for approximately 10 minutes. Rest the bacon on paper towels to absorb excess grease, let it cool slightly, then crumble it for deliciousness.
  • Mix crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, tender shredded chicken, crunchy croutons, creamy dressing, and savory Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with dressing. Adjust the amount of dressing to suit your taste - I find that 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons is just perfect.
  • Microwave the tortilla for 15 seconds to make it soft and easy to work with.
  • Spread the filling down the center of the wrap and roll it up tightly for a delicious meal! Enjoy!
