Try these flavorful chicken Caesar spring rolls with crisp veggies wrapped in delicate wrappers for a fresh twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 12 rice wrappers (8.5 inch diameter)
  • 1 (5 ounce) package baby romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cooked boneless chicken breast half, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Caesar salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Fill a large bowl with room-temperature water and soak 1 rice wrapper until pliable, approximately 15 seconds.
  • Place a generous amount of lettuce leaves, chicken strips, and red bell pepper slices in the center of the wrapper, leaving some space on each side. Fold the sides inward and roll the wrapper tightly, starting from the end with the lettuce. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Halve the dish and accompany it with Caesar dressing for dipping.
