Whip up a quick and delicious chicken Caesar salad using pre-packaged ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 500g chicken breast fillets, trimmed
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 2 x 270g pkts Caesar Salad
Instructions:
  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Boil for 7 minutes. Drain, cool slightly, peel, and halve.
  • Preheat a barbeque grill over medium heat. Brush both sides of the chicken with oil and season generously. Grill the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. Rest on a plate for 10 minutes before thinly slicing.
  • Retrieve the bacon pieces from the Caesar salad packages and set them aside. Heat a small frying pan over medium heat, then crisp up the bacon pieces until they are golden and crunchy.
  • Combine salad leaves, croutons, bacon, sliced chicken, and eggs in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Drizzle dressing sachets and toss until evenly coated. Serve promptly.
