Creamy tuna pasta with Caesar dressing and green beans - a quick and hearty seafood dinner in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated fettuccine
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
  • 2 (6-oz.) cans water-packed white albacore tuna, drained, flaked
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup purchased light creamy Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 Italian plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine and green beans according to the package instructions, then drain and return them to the saucepan.
  • Combine the tuna, olives, salad dressing, and half-and-half in the pan and simmer over medium-low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes, then top with a sprinkle of cheese before serving.
