Try this quick and satisfying Caesar tuna salad for a delicious seafood dinner option. Ready in 35 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 16 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into fourths
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen cut green beans, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • Dash of pepper
  • Leaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare pasta shells according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly.
  • Combine tuna, tomatoes, green beans, and olives in a medium bowl. Toss with a mixture of mayonnaise, Caesar dressing, and pepper until well coated.
  • Scoop 1/4 cup of tuna mixture into each pasta shell, place them on a bed of lettuce leaves, and top with eggs.
