Spicy meatballs with sweet & tangy sauce served over egg noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1.5 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup barbeque sauce
  • 0.5 cup peach preserves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a medium baking sheet.
  • Combine the ground beef, hot pepper sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, bread crumbs, milk, and egg in a large bowl until fully incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
  • Mix the barbeque sauce and peach preserves in a small bowl.
  • Place the cooked meatballs in a serving dish and generously coat them with the delicious BBQ sauce mixture. Mix well to ensure every meatball is perfectly covered.
