Indulge in decadent candy cane chocolate cookies using Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ cake mix for a sweet treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bar (8 oz) dark baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes (about 40)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cake mix, oil, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until set. Let cool for 1 minute, then transfer from the cookie sheet to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • In a medium microwavable bowl, heat dark chocolate and whipping cream in the microwave on high for 30 seconds or until warm. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Spread the chocolate mixture over cookies and top with crushed candy.
