Transform cake mix into delicious chocolate crinkle cookies with ease.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). Mix dry cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until dough forms. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.
  • Roll the dough into 1 1/4-inch balls, then coat them in powdered sugar. Place the balls on ungreased cookie sheets, keeping them about 2 inches apart. Dispose of any excess powdered sugar.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set. Let sit for 1 minute, then transfer from cookie sheets to a cooling rack. Cool completely for about 30 minutes. Store covered at room temperature.
