Quick and easy baked taco dinner ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)
  • Paprika
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
  • Additional shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Warm chili over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  • Whisk together Bisquick mix and milk until a soft dough forms. Spread half of the dough in an ungreased square baking dish (9x9x2 or 8x8x2 inches). Add the chili on top, then sprinkle with 3/4 cup of cheese. Drop the remaining dough by spoonfuls on top and finish with a sprinkle of paprika.
  • Bake for around 25 minutes or until the topping turns a light golden brown. Garnish with fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and extra cheese.
