Family favorite beef stroganoff with creamy mushroom sauce over noodles, garnished with fresh parsley and served with green vegetables.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Cut the beef into thin strips.
  • In a skillet, heat half of the oil over medium-high heat. Brown the beef, stirring frequently. Remove beef and set aside.
  • Add the remaining oil to the pan, then sauté the onion over medium heat until it becomes tender. Drain off any excess fat.
  • Pour in the flavorful soup and sprinkle in the aromatic paprika. Bring the mixture to a lively boil. Gently fold in the luscious sour cream and reincorporate the beef back into the skillet. Heat everything until warmed through. Serve the tantalizing dish over a bed of noodles and top it off with a fresh sprinkle of parsley.
