Easy cheesy broccoli casserole made with Campbell's mushroom soup. Perfect as a side or vegetarian main dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and toasty for your dish.
  • Combine soup, milk, mustard, broccoli, and cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and stir gently.
  • Combine bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until hot.
