Vegetables mixed with creamy mushroom soup, Swiss cheese, sour cream, topped with crispy onions, and baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed
  • 1 (2.8 ounce) can French-fried onions
Instructions:
  • Combine soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup onions, and 1/4 cup cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish, then cover it.
  • Bake the vegetable mixture at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Stir well before serving.
  • Sprinkle the remaining onions and cheese on top, then bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
