Delicious tater tot casserole: hearty ground beef and creamy soup baked to perfection in a cast iron skillet, a kid-friendly favorite for quick weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups frozen Tater Tots
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Preheat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté ground beef and onion until beef is browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and discard any excess grease.
  • Combine condensed soup, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in the skillet. Transfer beef mixture to a 12x8-inch baking dish and place tater tots around the edges.
  • Cook the tater tots in the preheated oven until they are fully cooked, approximately 25 minutes.
