Refreshing cantaloupe smoothie, ideal for hot days or a refreshing after-school treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
  • 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine cantaloupe cubes and ice. Blend until the ice is crushed. Add sugar and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve right away.
