Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect start to your recipe.
  • In separate large bowls, carefully separate egg whites from yolks. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine the yolks with brown sugar, butter, flour, and milk; beat until smooth. Gently fold in the egg whites, then pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown and set, approximately 45 minutes.
